Meet

Vesna

I am a certified Integrative Health and Nutrition coach for women. I help women reconnect with their intuition, and learn how to nourish their body, mind and soul that make them feel alive.

I'm an ex-corporate executive, who spent 20+ years working in clinical research, hustling my way through corporate ladder thinking I'd be happier when I get there, drifting through life with no clear direction, my health taking a toll, disconnected from my intuition, my core values and my purpose in life. I thought maybe this is just how things are, you work hard, maybe my dreams and hopes were too big, maybe when I retire, maybe .....I had many stories...but none were written by me, they were written for me until I discovered the world of personal development and got into coaching did my life turn around. And today, I get to help amazing women, just like you, reclaim their health through intuitive nourishment, so they too can feel alive. Living a life according to your script is very empowering, and you get to show up as your authentic self in your career, relationships, physically and spiritually. All it takes is one decision, saying YES to your future self.

My coaching style is integrative which means that we cover many topics beyond food. What sets me apart from others is that I help clients get to the root cause, not just the surface stuff. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of life are connected. It's not just what's on our plate that nourishes us, it's also what surrounds our plate. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we look at how all parts of life affect health.

As a an Intuitive Health and Nutrition coach for women, I do not dictate a diet, but together we explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback to reclaim your health. Together we co-create your health goals that aligns with your future self. Goals that are within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives, so you know exactly what you’re working toward.

I understand that life happens, and our needs change; therefore, I work to equip clients with the self-awareness by helping them reconnect to their intuition, to make the best decisions for themselves in any given circumstance. I believe that women posses a superpower, which is their intuition and that each woman is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own health expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book. With a little support from an experienced coach,  you can reclaim your health feeling nourished and alive. 

During a 15min consultation we'll review your #1 health goal, your unique challenges and needs that may be standing in your way. I will provide you with 1-3 personalized recommendations to help you get back on track feeling motivated and excited. And, it's all FREE.
