There are many different types of coaches, who can help their clients attain specific goals. Health coach serves as a guide and acts as a supportive mentor who empowers clients to take responsibility for their health and achievements of their personal wellness goals. A health coach will work with a client to assess their overall well-being and together come up with recommendations to help enact basic health supportive modifications. Some key areas that health coaches help their clients are:
