Avocado on Toast with sautéed greens

Yields 1 serving


Ingredients 1/2 of an avocado 1 slice of toast bread (homemade or Sesame Sprouted Whole Grain bread) Everything Bagel Seasoning or a pinch of Truffle salt 1 tbsp of Olive Oil 4 cloves garlic, minced

1 bunch of greens, chopped up (Swiss Chard, Kale, or Collard Greens)

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic and chopped up greens. Sautee for a few minutes

  2. Spread avocado on slice of toast bread

  3. Sprinkle avocado toast with Everything Bagel Seasoning or a pinch of Truffle Salt

  4. Spread cooked greens over avocado toast and enjoy
