Glorious Greens Smoothie

Prep Time 10 minutes

Yields 1-2 Servings


  • 1/2 cup almond milk or water

  • 1/4 cup of raw cashews

  • 1/4 cup of pecans or more cashews

  • 2 cups of spinach or kale

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 English Cucumber, sliced

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp of spirulina (pure Hawaiian)

  • 1 cup of red grapes

  • 1 whole lime or lemon (sliced, but be sure to remove any seeds)

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • Optional: add plant based protein powder of your choice


  • Blend all ingredients for a few minutes in a blender or Vitamix until smooth

  • Pour into a glass cup and Enjoy.

  • Note, drinking this smoothie for a few days in a row, may result in glowing skin.
