Lemon-Tahini Dressing

This Lemon-Tahini Dressing is Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Nut-Free, Grain-Free and very versatile. You can use it as a salad dressing or add to your favorite grain or vegetable bowl.

Warning: it is absolutely delicious and may not last long once you try it. Enjoy!


Prep Time 10 minutes


Cooking Time 5 minutes


Yields 6 servings (makes 1 cup)


Ingredients


  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup of tahini

  • 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice

  • 2 to 4 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


Directions


  • Mix all ingredients together

  • Taste and adjust seasoning, as desired

  • Note - dressing will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for weeks.

  • Enjoy!
