This Lemon-Tahini Dressing is Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Nut-Free, Grain-Free and very versatile. You can use it as a salad dressing or add to your favorite grain or vegetable bowl.

Yields 6 servings (makes 1 cup)
Ingredients
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup of tahini
1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
2 to 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together
Taste and adjust seasoning, as desired
Note - dressing will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for weeks.
